Nutty Broccoli Corn Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes corn bread mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) carton cottage cheese
  • 1½ sticks of butter
  • 1½ cups Nature's Eats Chopped Pecans

Cut into 2 inch squares and serve. Delicious with soups, chili or barbecue!

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 9 x 3 x 2 inch pan.

  2. Mix Corn Bread Mix, eggs, broccoli and cottage cheese and Nature's Eats Chopped Pecans together to form a batter. 

  3. Pour into pan with melted butter. Bake at 350° F for 35 to 40 minutes.
