Nature's Eats Macadamia Nuts are one of those exotic nuts that can really take a dish to the next level. They go well with fish like halibut and sea bass, as well as with tofu. Fish and tofu are some of many great protein sources, and macadamia nuts provide protein and healthy fats as well. When using macadamia nuts in cooking you can either use them in a savory dish like we did with this Macadamia Nut Crusted Tofu, or you can go in the other direction and use them in sweet recipes.
