Sweet Asian Peanut Sauce and Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • ¼ cup Nature's Eats Roasted Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce or Bragg Amino Acids
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil or coconut oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 quarter-sized piece of ginger, peeled
  • 13 cup water
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions

  1. Steam chopped broccoli.

  2. Put the remaining ingredients in a Vitamix machine or blender, and liquefy on high speed for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Pour sauce over broccoli and serve.

This sauce makes the broccoli taste wonderfully delicious! The perfect amount of saltiness from the soy sauce balances out with the nut butter, and the kick from the garlic and ginger pull all of the flavors together nicely. This sauce is perfect for any Asian cuisine and also pairs well with rice.
